Calmio products are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty components or internal failures not caused by misuse
  • Product malfunction under normal use conditions

If an issue is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product at no cost, or provide an appropriate solution.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Water damage or electrical damage caused by improper charging
